MANORSHI Electronics Co., Ltd. supplies open-structure ultrasonic sensors, which are widely used in car alarm devices, distance measuring devices, and remote control systems. The application scenarios are as follows: UAV, automobile ranging, floor sweeper, directional speaker, shield, development and programming, dog repeller, air cleaner and so on.
Open-structure ultrasonic sensors feature a composite oscillating body combining the oscillator which joins a metal plate and piezoelectric ceramics with a resonator. This body is elastically fixed to the base and housed in a case.
The resonator is shaped like a funnel to efficiently radiate the ultrasonic waves generated by the oscillating body into the air and to effectively concentrate ultrasonic waves from the air on the center of the oscillator.
Open-structure ultrasonic sensors are classified into 3 types: transmitter, receiver, and transceiver. The main diameters are 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 24mm. And the frequencies are 20kHz, 25kHz, 40KHz, etc.
