Microwave Power Module-MNS-MPM80W-45.5G80W operates in the 43.5–45.5 GHz millimeter‑wave frequency band with a continuous‑wave (CW) output power of 80 W. Its RF chain adopts a classic architecture of solid‑state amplifier plus vacuum power booster. The power supply system adopts a patented low‑noise and high‑efficiency design. Featuring compact overall structure and conduction cooling, it is customized for extreme military environments with outstanding reliability, and is mainly applied in high‑end scenarios such as military data links.
