The Microwave Power Module - MNS-SSPA18G adopts innovative gallium nitride (GaN) technology, covering an ultra-wide frequency band of 2.0–18.0 GHz, with a mid-band continuous-wave output power up to 200 W. Developed for military-grade wideband high-performance applications compliant with military standards, it features high reliability as the core guarantee for stable system operation. Adopting a liquid-cooled packaging design with a compact and lightweight structure, the product supports multiple power supply options: 28 VDC, 270 VDC, and three-phase 400 Hz. It is widely applied in electronic countermeasures (ECM), electronic warfare simulation, multi-band communication and other fields.
